Well, don't really feel like pointing out names. if i do that it would be so nasty.

since i am not pointing out any names, so please do not ASSUME. just read it, i just need to get it off my CHEST ARGH! terrible!!

when people say you are not up to standard, youdoes not meet the expectation its alright and its pretty acceptable. this is because we can improve and work harder so its not a bad thing actually.

well when people says, you are not doing anything but in actual you are! and when people say you claim "C_ _ D _ T S". it makes your heart boils when u really didnt do it at all. just say it infront of my will be alright. i dun mind a single shit. as i wont be taking it that personally. however when someone else came and talk to me about the same issue and not jsut one person knows!

the feeling i got was seriously fucked up. reputation ruined and people are being brained washed. is this even fair to me. dun talk behind my back talk infront of my face.

if anyone thinks being a president is that easy and managing an IG is that simple try it!! what more events planning? if anyone think he/she is more competent than me in anyway, let me know. i will let go of my position and i am willingly to see what is the out come of the new management.

if i haven been pushing the committee, will there be a current management committee, will there be any events after prime periods?!?! if u still have a soul, heart tell me honestly. is anyone capable of keeping it going? i am not trying to boast, well isnt it the fact??

when planning events, there will be some conflicts. i can accept all this and i can go along with the arrangement such as taking away all my manpower! leaving me alone as a SENIOR ADVISOR for the event to do all the job and carry this and that myself?!!? is that really my job? is that really what i deserve to be doing?

well i didnt grumble till today. however i dun mind doing all this. however when people says i am not doing anything i really feel like screwing some people up.

(ARGH THINK I WILL BE SPURTING SOME NAMES! FORGIVE ME!)

why am i being scrutinised? is it because i am the president? HAHA! really feel like laughing! what about the rest of the comm memebers if they are not doing anything! do they deserved to be slaughtered?! ask yourself this questions! haven i been doing enough!

all this are nonsense to me, no one really understands how much people are doing. and when your unsure please dun say anything. its a thorn in people's ear. so YEA!

so now, if anyone can sense or can see! i am actually trying to change the way its working. i am trying to get away from stuff and let the show run! i shall see how it goes and then rate the situation from there on. as i already said, if you are better, come to me.
